A Message from the Principal...

Hi, my name is Daisy Hicks and I am honored to be the principal at Nottoway Intermediate School. I am dedicated to the academic growth of all students as well as to their physical, emotional, and social development.  I am a graduate of Nottoway High School and a resident of Nottoway County. I have over 15 years experience in K-12 education, in which I have served as a teacher’s assistant, secretary, teacher, and administrator. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Paul’s College, a Master of Arts Degree from Central Michigan University, and an Educational Specialist Degree from Cambridge College.

We, the administration, faculty and staff, are committed to providing excellence in education in a safe and secure environment conducive to student learning, and we invite parents to become an active participant in their child’s education. Together, we can ensure the success of all students.

Please call if you have any questions, concerns, or if you would like to volunteer. I look forward to us working together to make sure every student is successful and every student becomes a productive and responsible citizen.
