The bookmobile which delivers summer meals will not run today due to weather.

NCPS has opened Parent Portals. At this time, each parent should access their account to update the online enrollment forms for the 24-25 school year. Each form should be submitted by August 15th.
Parents should contact school registrars with any questions regarding enrollment or completing online forms.
Summer School is off to a great start!
Here are a few reminders for families and students:
-Summer School hours 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Thursday, July 8 - July 18)
-Students should arrive early to their bus stops in the morning. Bus routes are full this summer. Please arrive five minutes earlier than your original posted time.
-Cell phones, earbuds, Airpods, and other personal electronic devices are not allowed during instructional time.
-Students should come to summer school to learn, engage, and prepare for excellence during the 2024-2025 school year.

NCPS will begin device collection next week: NHS- May 23rd & 24th, NIS- May 28th, and NMS- May 29th. Seniors- you are not allowed to participate in any graduation activities until the device is returned or payment is received for the cost of the device. This includes participating in commencement.

The division has made preparations for the boil water notice from the Town of Crewe. Bottled water will be available at all schools. In addition, the kitchen has made arrangements for breakfast and lunch. Our apologies for the late notice. Please contact your school with questions.

Hello NIS Families! As a reminder, students do have school this week on Monday and Tuesday. Students are invited to wear outfits representing their favorite holiday movie on Monday and Tuesday is our holiday sweater day. Students who have had 100% attendance in December, or 90% attendance this school year, and who have not had any full days of ISS or OSS in December are invited to a Winter Social on Tuesday. We wish you a restful, safe, and joyful holiday season!

We hope to see you all tomorrow night for the Cougar Candy Crawl from 5:30-7:30 at the NCPS Complex! Costumes are encouraged at the Candy Crawl, but no costumes should be worn by students at school on Monday or Tuesday.
