Student drivers if you have not purchased a parking pass you cannot park in the spaces that have numbers on them. Parking passes are a must and if you have not purchased one your car will be subject to towing. All student drivers have to have a parking pass and designated spot. No exceptions.

At Nottoway High School, the $10 annual school/class dues are collected each academic year to help fund class-wide events, student activities, and operational expenses tied to a student's graduation cohort.

What Dues Fund
• Class Activities & Events: Dues support class-level milestones throughout high school, including homecoming floats, class t-shirts, rallies, and senior week activities.
• Prom & Graduation Expenses: Collecting dues incrementally across all four years helps offset the overall costs of venue bookings, decorations, security, diplomas, and ceremony logistics.
School Good Standing Requirements: Maintaining paid-up dues ensures students remain in good financial standing with the school.

Dear Nottoway High School Families,
Student attendance is a very important part of the education process. This message introduces our school attendance protocol regarding extracurricular event eligibility for the 2026–27 academic year. To support student success and maintain high engagement, attendance tracking begins on the first day of school, August 19th, and accumulates continuously throughout the year. If a student exceeds the maximum allowed number of unexcused absences or Out-of-School Suspension (OSS) days prior to an event, they will lose eligibility to attend or participate in events and athletics.

In preparation of the upcoming marching season, prospective and returning marching band students and families should plan on joining the new high school band director and band boosters in the high school band room on Thurs. July 23, at 7pm for a highly important informational session regarding the marching season, band camp, and boosters.
Student leadership should plan to arrive half an hour prior (6:30) for a leadership meeting with the new director.
