Sports physicals will be offered tomorrow at NHS from 9:00 - 3:00 for the cost of $35. Enter through the main entrance and come into the office.
Senior Portraits for the class of 2025 will be taken at Nottoway High School on August 5th and 6th in the Auxiliary gym from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. both days.

The Nottoway High School band will be having their mandatory parent meeting for all marching band participants. This will be held tomorrow, 7/25 at 6pm in the NHS Band Room."
Band Camp will be starting, Monday July 29th. .
NCPS Open House will be on Thursday, August 15th from 1pm-4pm and 4:30pm until 7pm. As a reminder, please complete your student registration in the portal and don't forget about the Parking Lot Party on August 12th.

With the new school opening times, bus numbers and bus routes have changed. Schools have been sent copies of transportation information. Please contact your child's school if you need updated transportation information.
The bookmobile which delivers summer meals will not run today due to weather.
We can't wait to see you at the Parking Lot Party on August 12th. Make sure you update all of your registration forms to receive your child's schedule.

NCPS has opened Parent Portals. At this time, each parent should access their account to update the online enrollment forms for the 24-25 school year. Each form should be submitted by August 15th.
Parents should contact school registrars with any questions regarding enrollment or completing online forms.
Summer School is off to a great start!
Here are a few reminders for families and students:
-Summer School hours 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Thursday, July 8 - July 18)
-Students should arrive early to their bus stops in the morning. Bus routes are full this summer. Please arrive five minutes earlier than your original posted time.
-Cell phones, earbuds, Airpods, and other personal electronic devices are not allowed during instructional time.
-Students should come to summer school to learn, engage, and prepare for excellence during the 2024-2025 school year.

100 Mile Yard Sale
Sign up to reserve your selling spot (2 parking spaces for $20) at Nottoway High School during the 100 Mile Yard Sale! All rental fees from vendor spaces will be donated to the NHS Alumni Fund to support future events. See you there!

Seniors can not participate in senior activities until Chromebooks are turned in and fees paid.

Device Collection May 23 and 24.

NCPS will begin device collection next week: NHS- May 23rd & 24th, NIS- May 28th, and NMS- May 29th. Seniors- you are not allowed to participate in any graduation activities until the device is returned or payment is received for the cost of the device. This includes participating in commencement.

May 19th Nottoway High School will be having their Baccalaureate Service. This event will be hosted by Spring Hill Baptist Church at 2 pm. Students need to arrive at 1:30 to line up and are to wear their cap and gowns. Parents and Guardians are welcome to attend.
Important Information related to the Prom:
The Inn at Blackstone has informed us that they have a wedding scheduled this weekend as they do most weekends. They ask that you contact Dianna Lester, Director of Sales & Events, to set an appointment if you would like to take pictures there (804-605-3548).
Any parent planning on entering Fort Barfoot to take pictures of the Senior March, have your child see Mrs. Langhorne for a vehicle pass for temporary entry on the base.
